ProBoards BBCode Guide
This is a guide to the basic BBCode usable on ProBoards forums. ProBoards is a little unusual in its choice of BBCode formatting, so some of these tags may be unfamiliar to you. The more familiar BBCode tags may also work, but not always!
Text Styling
bold
[b]bold[/b]
italic
[i]italic[/i]
underline
[u]underline[/u]
[s]strikethrough[/s]
superscript
[sup]superscript[/sup]

You can stack text styles, like so;

[b]bold and [u]underlined and [i]italic[/i][/u][/b]

Lists
Usually, an ordered list (OL) defines a list that should be read in a specific order—numbered, lettered, etc. An unordered list (UL) defines a list that can be read in any order—bulleted. On ProBoards, this isn't the case, and it is the defined list type that dictates whether it is ordered or unordered. Instead, OL and UL as tags affect the spacing of your list items.
Using UL Tags | Using OL Tags |
[ul type="disc"] |

Tables
table is the tag that defines a table. You open the table with this and close the table with this; if you do not include both tags, your table will fail!
tr defines a row in your table.
td defines a cell in your row.
bordered cell |
[td style="border: 1px solid #000;"]bordered cell[/td]
bordered cell with padding |
[td style="border: 1px solid #000; padding: 3px;"]bordered cell with padding[/td]

To display code as I have throughout this guide, use the code tags like you would the bold tags!
